Available Courses

Our Accelerated class has the same amount of coursework as our other pre-license classes, it is just offered in a condensed schedule. We offer classes throughout the state. On this page, you’ll find the specific classes and course dates listed under each city’s name. Click on the course name to view more detailed information.

The Provisional Sales Associate Pre-license class is approved as a “90 hour Distance Education” course that combines Outside Reading Assignments, Quizzes, Exam Simulator study and classroom sessions that are available for students.  This course is a great blend of self-study with help from real instructors in classroom settings.  Students should expect to spend 1/3 of their time on Self Study Reading Material, 1/3 on At Home Quizzes and Tests, and 1/3 of their time in the Classroom Sessions.

Self Study reading material:
Modern Real Estate Practice (Dearborn)
Oklahoma Real Estate Commission Code and Rules
Oklahoma Specific Pre-license Study Curriculum

At Home quizzes and tests:
21 unit quizzes (1 from each chapter of Modern Real Estate Practice)
4 unit quizzes that correspond with Oklahoma specific information
1 Real Estate Calculations quiz
1 Practice Exam

Classroom Sessions: Our teachers are great at helping understand the material.  We have different formats for when we offer the Classroom Sessions (see the list to the right).

We also offer Online Courses and Broker Courses.
